question my parents were asked when I was diagnosed with RB.<br \/>\nI was 3 and yes, the left eye had to be removed immediately.<br \/>\nA shock, especially for my parents.<br \/>\nI wanted to become a make-up artist, so I moved from Hamburg to Berlin.<br \/>\nI met my wonderful partner last year and we&#8217;ve been living together in a small apartment since April.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m taking part in KAKS because I know how families feel when they&#8217;re diagnosed with cancer, because I want to give them courage, because I want to show the world that everything can turn out well.
