RB meeting in Düsseldorf: “Today is my lucky day”

With these words, little Carolina said goodbye to us on Sunday afternoon when it was time to say goodbye – after an intensive two days with 36 children, their parents and siblings.
There is no better way to sum up the weekend: the children looked for and found each other, friendships were formed.
We worked with psychologist Nini Riederer, shared our stories, worries and hardships, we were able to find out about our children individually in one-to-one discussions with pediatric oncologist Prof. Petra Ketteler, we played, laughed, cried and spent an important and wonderful time together.
Thank you to everyone who was there!
