We are delighted that Stefanie Baldes has succeeded Peter Hennig on the Board of the Children’s Eye Cancer Foundation since May 2017.
Stefanie Baldes is a lawyer, grief counselor and psychological counselor and comes from Walldorf.
In 1995, her eldest daughter was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, from which she died in 1997.
Stefanie Baldes has been chairwoman of the Heidelberg parents’ initiative “Aktion für krebskranke Kinder e.V. Heidelberg” since 2015 and was elected to the board of the German Childhood Cancer Foundation, our trustee, in 2016.
